JANUARY 28, 2026, EAST SYRACUSE, NY – ProAct’s Director of Clinical Operations, Taylor Mishlanie, MBA, Pharm.D., RPh, received KPH Healthcare Services’ 2026 Quest for Excellence Award. The award was presented to Taylor by ProAct's Chief Operating Officer, Deborah Dempsey, MBA, Pharm.D., RPh, at KPH’s annual Leadership Conference.
Deborah Dempsey said it best in her introduction, "This person’s journey is a powerful example of what it looks like to grow, to lead, and to elevate others along the way.”
Taylor is a role model for employee ownership. She shows up every day with an ownership mentality to be accountable, engaged, and a force for positive change. Taylor leads with humility and with a “we” mindset that inspires others to take ownership of their work and contributions.
Deborah goes on, “Taylor is the kind of leader who helps others rise. She invests deeply in employee development, offering mentorship, guidance, and the kind of honest encouragement that helps people grow. Her success is not just personal; it is an inspiration to everyone in our organization who aspires to lead with purpose and impact. She often seeks feedback and input from others and creates an environment where the collective is always stronger than the individual. That is the hallmark of a true leader: not someone who seeks to shine alone, but someone who creates space for others to shine with them.”
